Brand New Mansion™ Pineville 4-Bedroom plus Office, Family Home is a new construction home built in 2022 to reflect a modern, luxury lifestyle within close walking distance to main street Pineville, Pineville Lake and with access to the major interstates I-485 & I-77 nearby. This 4-bed 2.5-bath home is professionally furnished by our luxury furniture & interiors business—Mansion District—to exquisite standards, including an office, outdoor area with grill, and a one-of-a-kind kids bunk bedroom.

Stay connected with lightning-fast 500+ Mbps WiFi, ideal for remote work or streaming your favorite content. Plus, the property is pet-friendly*, so your furry family members are welcome to join you on your Pineville adventure.

Location-wise, you're only 1 minute away from downtown Pineville, where you'll find charming cafes, shops, and restaurants (our favorite recommendations are listed in the welcome guide:)). When you're ready to explore further afield, Uptown Charlotte is just a short 16-minute drive away, and the Charlotte International Airport is a mere 18 minutes by car.

You will not be disappointed at your stay here. The home is beautiful and super comfortable. The host/hostess was very attentive and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and will stay again when we are that way!
