The Space:

This four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home gives families and groups plenty of room to spend time together while still having space to settle into their own routines. The entire home is exclusively yours during your stay, with no shared spaces or entrances.



The main living area is bright and open, with the living room flowing naturally into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large island, giving everyone a natural place to gather whether you’re having breakfast before heading to Carowinds, cooking dinner at home, or simply catching up at the end of the day.



The bedroom layout works particularly well for families and groups traveling together. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has another king bed, and the fourth has a double bed. The home has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.



A separate home office gives you a dedicated place to work without taking over a bedroom or corner of the living room. With natural light and a proper workspace, it’s especially useful for remote work, business travel, relocations, and longer stays.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Dogs only (max 2). $100/per pet may be collected

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $200 per pet may be collected.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding; excess hair or damage may incur additional cleaning fees.

Please clean up pet waste.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside or outside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.

The Internet is provided for general use.

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided. Excessive trash that does not fit in the cans will need to be hauled away by the guest.
