Two-storey mansion, consisting of 09 suites, 12 bathrooms and 02 complete dependencies. All rooms with split air conditioning. It also has a lounge with home theater, bar and integrated games room, two living rooms, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in hours: 2pm to 6pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 08:00h to 12:00h - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or a representative will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8:00 am, a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an amount in excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to 18 (eighteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who is the holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulation of the condominium.
