Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Overall we had a great experience. Plenty of room for large groups and the beach is a 5 min walk up the street. The local property mgr person was very quick and responsive to our call about the coffee pot being broken. The property mgt call center got the message all wrong. Fortunately the local person called to confirm our concerns. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying at Four Suns with a family of 13 ranging from toddler to teens to grandparents. Plenty of space for everyone to gather or to get away on their own. One of the best stocked vacation homes we've ever seen - plenty of kitchen gear, cutlery, towels, dish tabs, trash bags...we didn't even need many of the things we always bring. Great communication, very welcoming arrival - we'll be back again!

The house was lovely, in a great location and had all the amenities we needed for a week in Destin! It was Senior Trip week so it was a very busy time at the beach! Check in was smooth and secure and we appreciated the ability to put our bags in the back yard prior to the 4:00 check in! Our host was communicative throughout the whole process. 10 our of 10 would stay again!

First thing's first, this is not to bash this place, just simply to give an honest review for people who stay in the future. We rented this house for Labor Day weekend and had 10 people (including kids) staying with us. The house is huge and perfect for a lot of people. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. When I booked the place, I reached out 2 times via message to get more info before our trip with no response. The day before arrival I called to see if we could get an early check-in and they said to call back the next day. I called 4 separate times before we just gave up and came a little after 4. Once we got there, there was broken glass all over the front entrance which was alarming considering the kids wanted to instantly take their shoes off and run to the pool. Then upstairs in the kid's room, there were old crusted stains on the bean bag, weird red stuff was on the walls behind the TV in the living room and what looked like THROW UP on the side of one of the beds upstairs. This stain was large and something they could see as soon as they walked in. No pulling sheets back or anything to get to it. We tried to call management 2 other times that night with no answer. The kitchen floor has large gaps in the flooring, the trash can pullout was basically falling apart and the shelf in the kitchen looked like it could break at any moment. On Saturday, we got a visit from a property manager but only because the neighbors complained that the light on the side of our house was too bright at night. We pointed out all of these things to her and although she was very nice, nothing was done about it. This house is VERY CLOSE to the neighboring houses and our neighbors would blast music all day and night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the beach and the pool area was great for lounging--the kitchen was big enough for all of us, and even though it seems like I'm just nitpicking--we just expected things to be way cleaner and more maintained for such an expensive house who claims it gets "deep cleaned". The location to everything was great so take this review with a grain of salt and make a decision for yourself!
