This 8 bedroom, 8.5 bath Crystal Beach Masterpiece is a BRAND NEW BUILD completing in early 2019 and is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable family vacation! King's Court is Destin's newest ultra luxury home you've been looking for! One of Crystal Beach's largest homes this is truly a unique show-place only half a block off the sugar white beaches of Destin. This home features 3 stories, Over 4,000 square feet of exceptional living space, beach view balconies and a spacious privatized 6ft fenced in backyard with a 30x15 heated pool and cascading waterfall hot tub! Enough parking for 9 cars which is not an easy find when it comes to beach-side living!
You're only a block from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from Destin Commons, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars, perfectly manicured sand. Enjoy use of the 6 seater LSV Golf Cart available upon request and take your family around to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions all within a 1 mile radius!
Kings Court features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing custom bunk rooms with private en-suite baths as well. Relax in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, ice makers and mini fridge's throughout. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Crystal Beach and comes equipped with a full outdoor built-in kitchen and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful family photos. There is plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed WiFi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment!
As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Granite and Marble counter tops and porcelain oversize tiles throughout the kitchen and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 70" 1080p smart tv in both living rooms or one of the additional 9 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.
After a day of playing at the beach, you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversize heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various color modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub.
The 2nd floor features 3 master king suites and a bunk room with private bathrooms, tiled showers with seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered balconies with comfortable seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The 3rd floor features 1 King and 1 bunk bedroom, both with private baths and smart TV's in addition to private 3rd floors decks with views of the gulf of Mexico. There is also another living room/game room with smart tv and custom built billiards table!

Everything about the home was great and everything was as advertised regarding the home. My only concern was that the beach entrance at the end of the street had very very limited space due to condos in the area blocking off large portions of the beach. We ended up riding about one mile down the road and was able to get a spot on the beach there. We would have preferred to be able to walk to the beach close by but overall still had a great experience

The house was so amazing I couldn't believe it. Every picture was so very accurate. Five minutes walk to the beach and located next to everything. The rooms and bathrooms was huge. The communication was the best I ever experienced.

Our recent stay at this beach house began with a few challenges but ultimately developed into a pleasant experience due to the exceptional efforts of the property management team and maintenance staff. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues left behind by prior tenants, including broken amenities and a rushed cleaning process that left the house less tidy than expected. Additionally, the hot tub was initially inoperable, which was disappointing as we were unable to use it during the first two nights. These concerns required significant communication with the property managers via email and text during the first couple of days. However, the maintenance team responded promptly and worked diligently to resolve the situation, successfully fixing the hot tub by the third day of our stay. Once the initial obstacles were addressed, we were able to fully enjoy the comfort of the home as well as its excellent location. Despite the setbacks, the responsive and dedicated management team ensured our stay was ultimately enjoyable. For those considering this beach house, it is worth noting that occasional issues may arise. However, the management team’s attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction make it a reliable choice for a beach vacation.
