Island Views close to beaches, shopping and restaraunts

My first time to STX, my husband’s third. Brad and Dawn are excellent hosts. They have everything you need from shampoo and soap to snorkeling gear. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, and all important coffee! Even beach towels, chairs and a cooler to use. We had coffee every morning on the gallery looking out to Caribbean Sea with that Buck Island view. Can’t wait to go back! Miss it already.

Hard to review this property because you just can't come up with the right words. Fantastically fabulous keeps coming to mind. This place was a piece of heaven and made for a very safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay. The listing is accurate but when you open the door there is so much more. Every possible need or amenity has been thought of, anticipated, and provided. You'll even find a pantry with non-perishable condiments, seasonings, and dry goods to help start your stay. There are two coffee makers. One is a very nice Keurig which even makes iced coffee and a regular drip coffee maker. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are modern and immaculately clean and again have a few necessities to start your stay, The pool was extremely relaxing and very enjoyable either swimming during the day or laying back relaxing watching the stars at night. The view you get from your private deck and large windows is the exact view in the listing pictures only incredibly better. I have to say most likely one of the best views on the island. We even loved the drive to and from this property. Other reviews have mentioned that a four-wheel drive is needed to best access the property and while I do agree with that I do think that a mid-size will make it just fine. Just keep it in low, go slow, and stay to the left.

Had a wonderful stay. Property was very clean and pool was nice. Full view of Buck Island and very peaceful evenings on the deck. Owners were very nice. Would strongly suggest that your car rental is a 4x4 Jeep as the roads are rough in some spots.

Brad was a fantastic host. He communicated well from the start, gave us shopping recommendations before arriving, and met us a few minutes away so he could show us the way in to the property. The apartment was super clean and very spacious. It has everything you need; a full kitchen, laundry, large bathroom, comfy bed, wrap around deck with amazing Buck Island views, beach gear (including snorkel gear), the list could go on! The roads up to the place are a bit rough, so take it we easy. We had a midsized car though and did fine. Although the pool area was shared, we had it to ourselves basically the whole time. Loved the stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent it next time we are in St. Croix!
