SEA FOREVER - Breathtaking Views Of Buck Island National Park!

My husband and I, and our 20 year old daughter stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The view really is as good as it looks in the photos. When we weren't out exploring, I was sitting on that balcony just watching the birds and and boats. The AC worked very well in the living area and the bedrooms. Everything was very clean, and we appreciated the kitchen staples that were left by previous guests, and we did the same. It was also great that so many beach towels were provided. I want to go back already!

Great views from the gallery where we spend all of our time when at the condo. Fun place to hang out. And we enjoy how easy it is to get around to beaches, restaurants, and other places we like to visit across the island.

The unit is nicely appointed. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The view from the gallery is fantastic. Everything was in great working order. This was one of our family's best vacations, and having no surprises with our rental was a big part of that.

Erin is a great communicator however the actual property managers and maintenance liked to come and go as they please which was frustrating for a couple expecting privacy. The view is probably one of the best on the island and the balcony is perfect for coffee and cocktails. The grill is a nice addition, especially with it being St Croix and cooking inside adds to the heat in the home. Pool onsite is a steep walk so we drove down mostly so our flip flops didn’t break on the walk (insider suggestion) Location is quiet as the East End is known for that. Follow Chefaaronstx and Castaways on social media so you have a heads up on dinner and events near by. Blue Water Terrace does all you can eat lobster on Monday’s but you need a reservation. There is a small beach right at the entrance to the complex which was easy to access as well. Having beach chairs and pool noodles made life much easier and was appreciated. Unfortunately there were some issues that would prevent us from staying again if not handled. Upon checking in I was informed the master bedroom bed was broken and needed to replaced on MY time which I refused and felt was inappropriate timing to ask. The kitchen windows were broken and unable to be closed during the worse Saharan Dust they’ve experienced in 50 years which was frustrating for my allergies. Maintenance came to take the screens and left us with completely open aired windows causing a mosquito problem our last week as well. There was a lot of back and forth regarding the windows which was not expected for a vacation rental. The fridge was also very loud to where we would have to turn up the TV, did not report as I was not trying to have another reason for someone to enter the property without notice. Thankfully we purchased the insurance which helped because we are being charged for pet hair which the condos have about 10 cats that sit outside which we fed, and with leaving the windows open, and front door, per the owner’s suggestion to create a stronger breeze, could have cause those. We did not travel with pets, it’s expensive. Overall all, these issues are maintenance and once fixed, I would stay again. Oh, and get the insurance just to be safe since you never know!
