Sa Torre Voramar, Wonderful Villa with swimming pool on the Sea front line:
A wonderful single-family villa located in a privileged enclave from where you can see the Bay of Palma and a large part of the Tramuntana Mountains, in the 'Sa Torre' urbanisation in the municipality of Llucmajor.
The house is located on the edge of a cliff, which can be accessed by a track leading to the sea, where the turquoise waters are characteristic of this area, perfect for snorkelling. On the opposite side of the house ''Sa Torre Voramar'', just 2 kilometres away, there is the golf course 'Golf Maioris',as well as basic services such as supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, etc.
The house is distributed all in one floor in a very practical way, with wide spaces from the entrance-hall from where you can already enjoy the views to the intense blue of the Mediterranean sea, and at the same time it distributes to the living room and the dining room, with wide windows with sea views.
Also from the wide distributor you can access to the four rooms; one of them in one side of the house with a double bed of 140cm x 2.0 mtrs. and its own private bathroom and other two rooms in the opposite side, both with single beds share a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
The fourth room is slightly elevated by two steps and is located on a privileged side of the house with frontal view absolutely to the sea and with direct exit to the frontal terrace with panoramic views and with the privilege to see the sunset every day, many days of the year appear like a painted but ephemeral picture, if you can you do not miss it! The spacious room also has a large dressing room and its complete private bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.In the fully equipped kitchen-office, there is also a side terrace perfect for lunch or breakfast and, of course, with a side view of the sea, there is also a charcoal BBQ.
The saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by a front terrace is wide and equipped with hammocks, parasols, terrace furniture, a hanging hammock where you can take a 'sublime siesta' or simply read a book with the calm and the sea breeze that you can breathe in all these surroundings.

The house is very nice, and the outside area with pool and view are spectacular. We were disappointed that the fourth bedroom does not have A/C, despite their ad claiming it does. It has a "humidifier" and a fan. The wifi is terrible, and many people relied on it for work, with very much difficulty. We asked that a repeater be placed, or a new router, but the request was refused. Poor customer service. The kitchen is not well stocked if you like to do a lot of cooking. Very basic and lower quality cutlery and utensils. Washing machine broke while we were there, and was not fixed by the time we left. Only provided with one gate remote, so if someone leaves the property, others are "locked" inside....had to climb the wall to get out once. Asked about another remote, and again was denied. The main disappointments were the non-a/c bedroom and the wifi. Other things easily dealt with due to location, view, and overall pleasant feeling the property provides.
