The property had everything required to make for a comfortable stay. There was no electric kettle but one was provided the next day. Lots of towels/pool towels. Fully equipped kitchen. The pool is a great size and is 5.5ft at deep end. You get to miss the I4 road to Disney Parks, which made a huge difference to travelling times. We stayed in Davenport before and it was 40 minutes due to traffic, only 20-25 mins from Kissimmee. Usually 30-40 mins to Universal. Would definitely stay again.

The air con main unit upstairs made a lot of noise which made it difficult to sleep in rooms upstairs. We raised the issue with the rental company but they said nothing could be done about it. This meant sleeping without air con every night. Which in July, isn’t the best. It took 2 and half weeks to get the pool light fixed, not a big deal, but restricted use as kids didn’t want to get in it in evening as they couldn’t see if there were bugs haha. Wouldn’t be an issue for most though. Only minor kitchen equipment missing would be cheese grater.

The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The hot tub jets were wonderful.

Couldn’t turn the air down and it was very hot and humid most days.

House was very clean and warm. The house rules weren't too bad.

The pool wasn't ready when we arrived. nothing was turned on. The hot tub was only half full. I would think if you had people paying what we paid. You would have the property completely ready to go upon arrival.
