Well stocked kitchen with all cooking needs catered to. Lovely backyard with lots of entertainment for the kids, fireplace and being pet friendly was an added bonus. The location was central to St Leonard’s, Portarlington and Ocean Grove.

This house was perfect for us as a family of 5 adults and one child. 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom and living area, well appointed kitchen, and off street parking were all excellent.

The location was nice and quiet and the beds were comfy. The house had everything we needed for a family stay.
The volume of communication from the property managers both before and during our stay was excessive (17 seperate messages across email, app and text, including requiring picture proof that an additional cleaning deposit had been sent to their account).
The extra post-stay fee for footprints on the kids bedsheets which they declared ‘uncleanable’ and insisted we replace, on top of the hefty cleaning fee already paid, was also an unwelcome surprise.
