Pretty much everything.
Plenty of cooking appliances, nice outdoor area.
Loved that the whole property is fenced with lots of grass areas.
Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice..
ACs didn't work, but it was an easy fix, I gave them all a service.
Lack of cleaning products. The vacuum was blocked and has been for a long time (we cleaned it and unblocked it), couldn't find a mop so we didn't mop, toilet paper was pretty ordinary, but other than that, no problem.
All stuff that's easily rectified.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location.
The fan in the toilet does not work.

It was comfortable, homey and close to beach, shops and wineries. Beds, linen, towels, kitchen appliances very clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets if needed.
A little bit dusty in some areas in the home eg fans and window sills.

Two hours before we arrived we were told the pool was not available. When I complained I was told it would be ready the next day. Nothing occurred.
There was mould in bathroom shower. Cupboards full of dust and cobwebs. In yard there were rubbish items left, some dangerous to children. There was animal faeces on floor in corner of lounge.
