For sure we will be back!

The apartment is more than you can expect🥰it’s modern, extremely clean and fully equipped-the coffee machine, a huge choice of tea, microwave and the oven were available as well as disposable sets of toothbrushes, sewing kit etc…. Access to the apt is controlled with the AirKey app-I suggest installing it with advance following instructions send by e-mail by apt owners. We are really grateful to lovely Tanners family for all the warmth and help given us during the stay. We Fully recommend the apt for your stay in a charming town of Altenmarkt-a perfect place for walks, shopping and entertainment.

Stunning apartment and whole building, great ski/bike room, very clean, nice terrace, sauna as an option, nice features like lot of dishwasher tablets, tea bags and coffee maker, toothbrush and razor for scatterbrained;-).

Wash machine in apartment and it would be really perfect.

Modern design and quality details. Remote control on different functions for the apartment. Conveniant storage room for snowboards

Toilet was very small and was located right in the coridor next to the bedroom, but that is a minir thing. Main dissapointment was regarding fully misleading info on features included in the price! While booking it is said that Sauna is included, same way as Wifi, flat screen tv and dishwasher! Sauna was one of the reasons why we picked this place. BUT after arriving-turnes out that Sauna is 50 eur/day. Extra towels-10 eur and some other local rules and fees. Apartment is really cool, but do not get fooled by the included features-some of them are not in reality. P.s. Buy small stuff for kitchen, when go there-no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil-just coffee.

Excellent place, highly recommended

Very modern and well equipped apartment in an amazing location. We had an apartment in the ground floor so we also had a private garden right next to the small river that included garden toys for the kids. Mr. Tanners was very pleasant and helpful in any requests we had.

Everything is brand new and well equipped. Mr. Tanner is very kind and helpful. great location and experience in Flachau

I would only recommend to find a useful way to contact the owner when arriving late. it was scary for 10 minutes when we could not find our way in when arrived late at night.

Everything were great.

The ACs were the small ones (two machines only), which push out the air at different speeds. They were not AC's and not cold, to be honest, as we faced warm weather during our stay.

Amazing room! great view!

Stayed in the three-bedroom apartment ("Tanners paradise") - Amazing room! very clean, well accessorized, great view, stream in the garden, and a lovely green hill (in July) next to it. Located in a quite place, inside a great peace of nature, while village center is still close by, with grocery stores, few restaurants etc.

I recommend verifying your registration to key application authorization, specially if the registration link expires before your arrival. For any case, make sure you have a phone number of someone available in your arrival time.

So nice and clean. So friendly host who cleaned our laundry very well. Really liked our stay. Bed was so comfortable. Very enjoyed the bath. Nice and quiet neighbourhood.

There weren't any soap and it was quite hot inside, no cooling system. In our apartment weren't any oven and even air cleaner in the kitchen in our apartment. In bigger apartments they were.

Végül 1 óra után bejutottunk.

Előzetesen 18 és 19 óra közötti érkezést jelöltünk meg, 18:30 körül meg is érkeztünk. a szállásadó által küldött applikáció érvényessége lejárt, így azzal nem tudtunk bejutni. 8 órát utaztunk, a kocsiban 2 gyerek fáradtan, éhesen. 2 telefonszám volt megadva, egy órán keresztül egyiket sem vette fel senki. Ott álltunk a sötétben, hidegben, és egyszerűen elérhetetlen volt a szállásadó, fogalmunk sem volt róla, hogy be tudunk-e jutni éjszakára, vagy sem. Már hívtuk a rendőrséget is, segítettek, kikeresték a tulajdonost, ők is hívták, ők sem érték el. Közben jött egy másik apartman lakó, aki próbált segíteni, kb. másfél óra után valaki végül neki osztrák számról felvette a telefont. Van egy kulcsszekrény, annak bediktálta a kódját, de az sem nyílt ki, végül 5-ödjére eltalálta a megfelelő kódot, így be tudtunk menni. Horrorisztikus volt, mint egy rémálom, este ott állni egy kis falu közepén, és nem tudni, hogy a kocsiban kell aludnunk, vagy bejutunk, vagy talán óriási szerencsével találunk egy utolsó pillanatos hotelt-persze jó drágán. Ilyet még nem tapasztaltam sehol, hogy több, mint egy órán keresztül elérhetetlen a szállásadó, és fizikailag nem jutunk be az előre kifizetett apartmanba. Nem kívánom senkinek.

Netheid en het appartement beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel mooi uitzicht en gelukkig was de camping recht achter het appartement waar wij op uitkeken erg rustig.

De wc heel erg mooi maar het is niet echt prive, de glazen wc deur heeft een kier en zit in de hal. Gelukkig voor ons reisgezelschap geen probleem.

Ładny i przestronny apartament, duża łazienka. Możliwość skorzystania z sauny za opłatą i dodatkowych kapsułek kawy, parking przed domem. Narciarnia łatwo dostępna i dobrze wyposażona.

Brak informacji w pokoju o cenie sauny i kawy. Trochę problemów i wejściem kluczami na aplikację ale to może nasz brak wiedzy w tym zakresie bo system na miarę 22wieku.

אהבנו מאד ואנחנו כבר מתגעגעים

נקי, מאד מרווח, ספות וכסאות נוחים, שקט. במחסן בחוץ היתה מכונית משחק לילד שלי וזה שימח אותו מאד. סה״כ מאד נהננו מהשהייה, ולמרות הפגמים שציינתי זה לא הפריע לנו מאד, והיינו חוזרים לשם שוב. היינו בדירה שממוקמת בקומת הקרקע, צריך לרדת במעלית (יש גם מדרגות), כך שמבחינת ההתנהלות עם המזוודות היה מאד נוח. מחוץ לדירה יש נחל קטן, ובסמוך לדירה יש מעיין חווה עם תרנגולות, ברווזים, ארנבות ו -כוורת דבורים-אין גישה לחווה זהו בית פרטי. היו המון המון מגבות נקיות וזה היה נחמד מאד. המיקום של הדירה בעיירה נעימה ומאד נוחה. מיקום מעולה לטיולי כוכב. קרוב מאד לתרמה אמדה, ויש מסעדות נחמדות בעיירה (פלאורי וקפה היידי) המטבח מאד מצוייד.

המיטות רכות מדי, לא נוחות. אין מראה לכל הגוף. הסתבכנו עם הפתיחה והסגירה של הדלת הראשית, צריך לתת הוראות ברורות יותר להתנהלות עם ה air key, וכן הוראות ברורות יותר למציאת הדירה עצמה. הגענו בחושך והסתבכנו מאד במציאת הדירה כי אין תאורה בחוץ בכלל (כך בכל האיזור) ולכן ממליצים להגיע כשעוד יש אור יום. התקשורת היתה בהתכתבויות בבוקינג, ובגרמנית. לנו זה היה מאד קשה כל פעם לנסות לתרגם דרך גוגל, וגם התרגום בשיטה הזו לא תמיד ברור. זה היה לא נוח. אין מזגן ואין חימום בדירה (אם יש אז אנחנו לא מצאנו) מזג האויר היה נעים, מעט קר בלילה, אז זה לא הפריע לנו. אין סבונים/שמפו בדירה, ונייר הטואלט הוא באיכות הנמוכה ביותר. אין טלויזיות בחדרים, רק אחת בסלון. למרות הכל היה לנו מאד מאד נוח נעים וכיף בדירה, כל מה שציינתי לא מאד הפריע לנו, ונחזור לשם שוב.
