Very helpful and friendly host. Very nice location, near the Observatory, though from the base floor, there is no panorama.
But don't count on the GPS to take you there the right way, especially if you have luggage to carry: you'll arrive on the top of the hill, on a public parking lot along the forest border, with no other way to get to the house than by climbing down by foot, on a steep slope, for about 200-250 m. The right access by car is from downside, from Zvezdarska street.
The bathroom is extremely small and dark. Also, not warm enough for the cold season. Though the room got warm quite rapidly by a convection heater, the bathroom had to wait for the heat to fill the hall first. If you are not sensitive to cold, that's fine.
