The location was handy to most things. The apartment was clean and tidy, and was a decent size.

Room too small, sheets not clean enough, cleaning stuff inside bedroom closet. Fridge leaking out water.

Place smelt really off on arrival. Like it hadn't been aired out for a long time. Had to open windows on arrival and get some fresh air in. On arrival the heatpump was set to 25 cooling. Bit stupid really when queenstown is cold enough in winter. Also they try charge an extra $30.00 per hour if you want to check in before 3pm. 3pm is already late. Should be 2pm. There was clearly no guests in prior to our arrival so no prior cleaning had to be done
