Great location and beautiful house for large groups. Responsive host.

Location of the villa is very nice with a private gate for security. The house is spacious and good for large groups; the pool and pool house area were lovely and there is plenty of parking. Isabella met us to hand over the keys and explain things about the property. Overall a great place to stay for 4 days with lots of room and activities.

We were 5 couples so one couple stayed in the guest house which had an ant problem in the kitchen, but it was resolved quickly by our host the next day. We also did not have hot water the first day in the main house, but it was also rectified quickly. No other issues and quick responsiveness by our host.

Le manque de confort pour un séjour au mois de decembre, maison très peu et mal chauffée, froide à notre arrivée, nous ayant conduit à échanger à plusieurs reprises avec les propriétaires pour renforcer le chauffage , en demandant par ailleurs d'augmenter la puissance électrique car le compteur disjonctait sans cesse et également de leur demander de retirer les horaires programmés pour les chauffe eau nous ayant conduit à nous doucher un matin à l'eau froide • cela a générer, sur un séjour de 4 nuits, beaucoup trop de désagréments et de contrariétés. deux soirées et 2 nuits passées au froid, une annexe peu confortable, sans chauffage dans une des chambres. Des parties non chauffées telles que par exemple l ensemble des salles de bain et toilettes, des couloirs, ...ce qui rend la maison inconfortable à cette période. Un manque par ailleurs, de clarté dans le descriptif du type de prestation. Ce que nous avons regrette c est surtout le manque de compréhension immédiate des propriétaires, auprès de qui il a fallu insister a plusieurs reprises,pour rendre la fin de notre séjour plus confortable. Nous n'avons pas pour habitude de nous plaindre mais le faisons pour en informer les futurs locataires et appeler les propriétaires à mieux accueillir leurs hôtes, en etant moins attachés à leur depense, mais plus au confort de leurs hotes. Ainsi, un rapport qualite prix qui n' est pas a la hauteur du niveau de service suggere et attendu . Bien cordialement
