Ok value for money
After a delayed flight, it meant that I didn’t arrive until 23:30pm. Despite my attempts to contact the host, they ignored my calls and texts. Directions to the property were not clear, meaning that I was on the street at midnight trying to access the apartment. Finally a non-English speaking host answered my texts, got frustrated at the fact I couldn’t understand her instructions. Her English speaking counterpart fell asleep prior to my arrival, hence he ignored me. Better communication should have been relayed. A very stressful experience which could have been avoided
