I book bilik sehari awal since I know I will check in at 8am THE NEXT DAY. I thought since I dah booking I boleh check in at anytime 3.30pm until 12pm the next day.
So imagine bila I nak check in 8am reception kata semalam dah burn. Kalau nak check in harini kene bayar rm40 sebab before check in time 12pm (Check in before 12pm pay rm10 per hour awal).
Dah la duit burn, nak check in kene tambah rm40 pula. I bayar jelah sebab badan dah letih perjalanan pun jauh. Betul I salah sbb tak double check hotel check in policy. Tapi I tulis sebab tak nak orang lain burn duit juga.
Btw I dah inform hotel yg I nak check in 8am tomorrow sblm dtg. Tpi dia tak mention apa2 pun.

Hotel apa tak air masuk tandas nak buang air langsung tak ada air .call staff cakap kena sabar tekanan air rendah ..tanya sampai bila suruh sabar Oii saya duduk bayar bukan free ini hotel kawasan bandar bukan kampung..tanya terus ke kaunter staf perempuan melayu pakai tudung boleh jawab kasar suruh sabar sambil makan maybe owner hotel kot..adap mana ???..pada 10.02.26 @2100 hrs smile hotel Serdang ..pertama kali duduk hotel tak ada air n tak maklumkan dengan customer..
