Entorno Tulum - Luxury Villas

There was a code for the main entrance and door to the villa. Instructions sent well ahead of us arriving and good advice saying to download the info before we arrived.

The Villa itself was beautifully designed, everything went smoothly, my Villa was cleaned everyday, the hosts were excellent with their communication. The Wifi was quick and the rooftop pool was so relaxing at night. Nothing went wrong on my trip, the hosts were also helpful in organising transport to and from the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

Great, clean and comfortable

The basic supplies such as paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bag were not available in the house and were given little by little, this should be in the house. Only 1 bath towel was given for each guest, but it was also sent upon request. The smell of sewage outside the house because of the constructions also hindered the use of the pools.

Points négatifs : - Nous avons choisi un départ entre 9h30 et 10h. Le jour de notre départ nous nous rendons compte à 7h30 que nous n’avons plus d’eau. A 9h, nous constatons qu’il n’y a plus d’électricité. Éléments à améliorer : - Il y a une odeur de renfermé dans la villa, qui malgré l’encens. - Le nettoyage serait à revoir : un sol poussiéreux dès notre arrivée. - Le pommeau de douche serait à remplacé car il fuit. - Les portes vitrées ne peuvent pas être fermées à clé - Pas de couette sur les lits dans une villa complètement climatisée …
