The apartment was nice and clean. It was well-stocked with everything you might need for a short stay (no iron though). The proximity to the metro station is a plus.
The biggest issue was the hot water. It ran out after just 3 minutes making it impossible to take a relaxing shower after the whole day of walking. Additionally, the noise from the main street is constant until 3 am making it impossible to sleep without earplugs. Good location for metro but not resting.
