Le confort du lit, la climatisation( c’est du luxe avec la chaleur) la propreté, la terrasse. Le linge de lit et serviettes fournis La gentillesse de l'hôte qui nous a réservé un taxi car départ aéroport à 5h30.
La terrasse est un peu dégradés par rapport aux photos: fauteuils cassés et sans coussins, un dossier de chaise cassé. Et plantes poussiéreuses avec fiantres d’oiseaux. Les robinets et jet de douche entartrés et nous eclabousse à chaque ouverture d’eau. Pas de machine à café, juste une cafetière italienne. Manque de vaisselles: ramequins, verres à vins. Mais pour 2 personnes ca reste suffissant. Salle de bain à éviter si on a du poids car en longueur et pas large. Voisinage bruyant ( mais pas la faute du propriétaire), mais au coeur de Naples c’est inévitable.
