Comfy One Bedroom Apartment In Heart of The Rocks

The location was great.

Some staff were quite rude, in their body language.

The location was great, so close to Circular Quay with a varitey of transport options and great views of the bridge and the Opera House. The pool facilities were great and the viewing deck provided a wonderful view both during the day and night of the harbour. I liked that the apartment had a washer and dryer and washing powder was provided. Was nice to have access to Wi-fi. Cleaning products were provided for the kitchen and hand gel for the bathroom.

I think the bed needs to be replaced. It squeaked everytime you moved and I found the mattress on the hard side and the pillows small and uncomfortable. We did have to get the blanket out of the cupboard as there was no blanket on the bed. I couldn't find a toaster in the kitchen and would've liked a hand towel for the bathroom instead of using our towls all the time.

The property is spacious and in a perfect location just a few minutes walk from the harbour. The staff were more than helpful and super responsive when we asked questions. The beds were comfy and all amenities were as described. I would book again.

The process of collecting the key fob from a lock box in a bush was about weird, but the actual instructions were clear and easy to understand.

The unit was reasonably clean, although we noticed some garbage under the TV stand. Some of the furnishings could be updated. Everything worked fine, but it felt a little dated. The kitchen dishes and cutlery could use a refresh. There was only one decent sized coffee mug, one large plate, and we had to hunt around for cutlery.
