Very spacious and it is in the center. I had a rented car, so i didn't need to walk , but everything was easily accessible. Ankara is a hilly area and this area has inclined roads , so walking would be a challenge if one is not used to it.
The view from the balcony was amazing. Check -in and out was not an issue.
It was also possible to communicate in English.
Since, not many tourists are able to visit Ankara, prices in general are 30-40% less than that of in Istanbul (European side). And people are more friendly when compared with Istanbul (European side)
The cutlery badly needs to a revamp.

Proximity to my place of work. The appartment is spacious (I occupied room 8), with all the facilities of home bar and iron which i really needed. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Each electrical socket was hanging out of the wall or barely clinging to it. Towels were clean (with a marked scent of disinfectant) but they were past their prime. Pillows idem.
