очень внимательный персонал. относились к просьбам дружелюбно и быстро их выполняли. принесли дополнительное одеяло, помогли с кастрюлей и сковородкой.
я не курю, в Турции люди курят.

Location.
Staff is very very bad and not helpful at all. They didn't mention that 6th floor doesn't have elevator and my pregnant wife had to take stairs. Requested room on lower floor but they just said hotel is full when it was not For any requests staff made sure that they DID NOT HELP Flush button and living room table was broken and we stayed for 2 days but no one bothered to fix or replace even after informing them
