BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!! on top of the 265 euro upfront cleaning fee i was charged 120 euro after leaving the property for not emptying a bin. This requirement was communicated after i left so i could not complete it. Booking.com have been powerless to help. Welkeys, the property owner are effectively scamming people using this system of sending information after you have left. AVOID!
