UBICACIÓN CERCANA A PARQUES, PERO EL ACCESO ES DEMASIADO COMPLICADO EN HORARIOS DE PUNTA.

PROBLEMAS DE MANTENCION Y RENOVACIÓN DE EQUIPAMIENTOS, EJEMPLO CAFETERA MALA, LAVA VAJILLA DEJA SUCIA LA LOZA, PISO SUCIO. EN GENERAL SE NOTABA COMO QUE FALTABA ASEO Y MANTENCION.
