1 gece kaldık ve taleplerimizi karşıladı. Temizlik olarak yeterli seviyedeydi, yataklar rahattı, klima çalışıyor ve temizlik malzemeleri tamdı. Kapıların materyalinden olsa gerek koridordan çok fazla ses geliyordu, onun haricinde genel olarak memnun kaldık. Konum olarak çok merkezi bir yerde.

My mum and I came here to experience some nature and seaside whilst travelling in Istanbul. We so far have stayed in Beyoglu and Cappadocia and had such exceptional service and this, being the most expensive per night, was quite disappointing.
The pros: the rooms spacious and clean, as shown in the pictures. Porter helped us with our heavy suitcases on arrival and departure, very kind of him. We wanted to tip to say thank you but had no cash left as the island is so expensive and everyone seemed set on ripping us off (driving extra slow in the electric buggies, for instance). We had also not booked breakfast with our stay which I hadn’t realised, but were offered a complimentary one which was also very kind. We didn’t accept the offer because we just wanted to return back. Hotel is close to the main ferry port which is convenient.
The cons: 4-5 men sit by the reception desk throughout the day and for two women travelling this made us feel uneasy. It did not provide a welcoming or professional feel. The bathroom was a nightmare: toilet wobbling all over the place, one wrong move and it will fall out of the wall, shower hose holder broken, constant shower tap running at the same time as the shower head due to fixtures needed, shower door handle not working, door doesn’t close shut unless you lock it. Also, the carpets on the stairs if the building were so filthy and grotty, needs a professional clean asap and doesn’t leave a nice impression. To be honest despite the spacious rooms I really wanted to leave the island and felt relieved arriving in Kadiköy.
