Stone cottage bungalow with private wharf , 400’ waterfront on 4 manicured acres . Large outdoor deck for alfresco dining ,sunrise till sunset exposure.Large Screened room off lower level for evening’s dining.Fully furnished with plenty of outdoor patio furniture . Well equipped kitchen ,dishwasher, microwave ,fridge ,bbq . Laundry facilities ,soap etc.. Turnkey accommodations with the The town of Brockville located within an easy walk ,bike or 2 minute drive . Wonderful view and privacy along Canadian side of St. Lawrence . Golf 3 minutes away , fishing 30 seconds away on your own pier .( pike ,bass , pickerel and Muskie ) Kayak supplied along with water toys ,life jackets and some simple fishing equipment.

The property and location were great. The house was gorgeous and immaculate. Large enough 1st and 2nd floor for two families Close enough to everything but far enough for privacy, super private driveway Owner was attentive and friendly, ensuring our family and friends had a nice vacation.
