Nestled on a sprawling 16 acre estate, this newly renovated retreat offers a plethora of luxurious amenities including a brand new kitchen with a stone bench top, a washing machine, and new bedding and linen provided. Two separate living areas, one of which features a pool table and dart board, provide the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. The cottage is fully self-contained and adjacent to the main house, and overlooks a large resort-style pool. Take advantage of the nearby national park and explore stunning walking trails! Situated just off the M1 on the Central Coast. 15 minutes from Tuggerah and 10 minutes from Wyong. Plenty of off street parking for trailers, caravans and trucks and boats.

Beautiful place to stay with lots of room and an amazing pool. Highly recommended. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very clean and kids loved the Pool table and coffee machine is a great bonus. Thanks

Wonderful stay with our elderly grandparents and our dog. The house is well appointed, the pool and entertainment area are excellent to relax in, and there are nearby walks. Thanks Tim, we all felt very welcome.

Thank you for the well-equipped kitchen and lovely touch of fresh milk and cordial in the fridge. Front part of the house is renovated, but the flooring is not level.
Future guests should be aware that the pool is not for private use, as it is between the property and the main house. There were children from the main house in the pool on the first two nights of our three night stay. As it is marketed as a “country retreat” we were under the impression that the “cottage” would be further away from the main house, rather than right next to it. The chicken coop is also close by, so we were woken each morning at 4.30am by several crowing roosters. While the house was clean, the surrounding grounds were not.
Just to also note, there is no air conditioning. It is not listed but be aware on hot days the house gets very hot.
