The unit was perfect 🌊🏖️🌞Amazing views, all the amenities you would need for a great stay Property location on the beach is perfect and the condo is equipped with everything you would think of Rick was super responsive and a wonderful host Would def book again 😍😍

Me & my mother stayed at this Resort Condo for six nights for a girls trip on VacationEverything was as described.The best part was the Amazing View wonderful, pool & beach Access was right there within walking distance to Windy Hill Beach.Lots of Sea shells & beach chairs available on the beach.3 restaurants inside Resort was nice with Karaoke, Beach music at the Pool was very nice! with singers & performers easy check in access.5 pools & about 5 hot tubs.Baywatch store inside Resort too. Everyone at the check in office was very nice, they even took pictures for us before we left. The small least things I had to say for the beach condo. Was the maker was a little complicated. I did not have coffee filters at all. I had to buy them. No coffee other than two scoops in a container which I had to buy too it was supposed to be included. No soap was filled for the kitchen so I bought that too. Condo was clean but sort of a little dusty but that's okay. Second balcony window blinds had a fishing pole holding it together. I could not get the sliding door open until I rolled the blinds up & called Evolve to figure it out. Which I got it opened & we figured it out together. Super nice guy. The pool was nice but my only problem were the kids being in hot tubs & the pool being really crowded so definitely get there at 8:00am in the lobby or get out super early to get a beach chair on the beach. But it was expected this is a Resort. Decent stay!! we had a great time

Our family of 9 just stayed here. Great location if you’re looking at spending lots of time at the beach and/or pool. Beds were comfy for 8, the pull out couch need replacement- we bought a foam mattress topper for the 9th person. The place was overall great just would suggest replacing the living room couch and chair- very worn and dirty looking. More patio furniture would be nice as well and a small vacuum to suck up the sand particles on the floor would be great. A broom is provided so we just used that. I would definitely stay here again. Communications with the owner were outstanding, very prompt replies. Highly recommend this place for your next beach vacay.
