we stayed in this condo with our family for 2 nights. It was perfect for our family - the beach view was wonderful and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean. Location was perfect for getting to the Boardwalk and the ocean.

We paid over $1000 for 2 nights. We did not get the room until after 5pm I did an early check in and they said they would call but never did. The grounds are dirty. Trash everywhere up and down the hallways. The door to the unit had paper stuffed covering a hole in it. The villa needs a bit more of a deep clean. We found an old tortilla in the pullout and no extra sheets. Thankfully I brought my own. It was good for the short time we were there. Enough space for 3 families. Parking very limited do not move your car if possible. The view was great and just steps away from the beach. The only pool I liked was the small lazy river. All the other pools were very dirty with slime on walls.
