Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, including a large master suite with its own private screened porch overlooking the state forest.
NatureWalk at Seagrove is a 155-acre master-planned resort community surrounded by natural beauty and teeming with nature trails. It features the Gathering Place, a neighborhood amenity center with a heated lap pool, zero-entry pool, hot tub, fire pit, grills, seating, and a playground for kids. The community also has nature trails, 2 pickelball courts, fishing, and a multi-purpose court. The white sand beaches of 30A are just a short golf cart ride away.

BEACH ACCESS AND POOL INFORMATION; /beach-accesses)
Closest public beach accesses with parking are;
-San Juan Ave ( 2.18 miles) At stop sign at Beargrass and Sandgrass take a right. At Hwy 395 take a left (south). At stop light at Hwy 30A take a left (east). San Juan is approximately 1/2 mile on your right.
-Santa Clara beach access (same as San Juan directions, Santa Clara is one block further).
**Note; there are MULTIPLE smaller public accesses but they are only accessible by walking and/or biking**
The community pools are just minutes away whether biking or taking the golf cart (less than 1/2 mile). At stop sign at Beargrass and Sandgrass take a left. After a short distance you'll see Sage Circle and the pools on your left. The pool pass/card is hanging on wall as you go out to garage.

Really like the privacy being at the end of the street backing up to Woods. Hearing the sounds of the frogs was really nice and relaxing. We had to rent a couple extra bikes for our family, as the four bikes that came with it were adult bikes. So we ended up having to rent one for my nine year-old and also something that could carry my three-year-old. House was really nice, just some small complaints. There was no water filters in the home, no water from the fridge or water filter so we had to buy jugs of water for the week. No big deal, but would’ve thought they would have a water filter. Also, no Keurig, but they did have a coffee maker. On the second floor balcony, facing the street, there is a big table and it would’ve been nice to have a swing or other furniture to really relax out there and hang out. These are very small nitpicky complaints. The property overall was a 10 out of 10, and I would definitely stay there again. Really great seating areas inside the house and really great area for the Littles to catch lizards and explore around. Beach toys and umbrellas had plenty. Management responsive

Overall a great stay! Very happy with the house and everything. A few things— the king bed had a pee spot still on the sheet upon arrival. There was also female product wrappers in one of the bathrooms. The bulb in the sitting area in the kitchen needs to be replaced as well one of the bulbs in a bathroom upstairs. Great location and great stay, but could use a few things!
