This two-story retreat comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering the perfect mix of coastal charm, fishing fun, and family-friendly features for your next Gulf Coast getaway.
True to its name, this home is designed for both relaxation and recreation. Step outside to enjoy a 60-foot private fishing and boat dock (with a fish cleaning station, power, and water), underwater green lights, and views of the canal that come to life at night. An oversized covered patio, gas fire pit, ping pong table, and outdoor seating area make the perfect setting for sunset hangouts or early-morning coffee.
Inside, the upstairs level features a cheerful living area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an oversized island, and a dining space with lovely canal views. The inside was excellent. Plenty of seating and comfortable couches. The beds were very comfortable as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with very nice pots and pans and cookware. My husband was impressed that the knives were actually sharp! The biggest disappointment was the downstairs outside porch area. The pictures show a really nice table and chair set for dining or just sitting outside enjoying the view. The table was completely dirty and rusty and the chairs were dirty and wet. No one could use the table. The glass fire pit and chairs were in the same condition and the ping pong table was warped and rusty from being outside so it was unusable as well. Other than not being able to use the downstairs, which we were excited about, the inside was very nice and comfortable. We would book again if the downstairs is cleaned up and has useable furniture.

Pet friendly and worked great for our family. Disappointed in the missing items. Had to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags! Plus they have a grill but you need to fill the propane tank. Not filling it for a few days use.

House was decent but it’s an odd layout with no real deck to enjoy the morning or evening looking at the water. Lots of egrets around that make a mess as well. The house also lacks some things many other VRBO’s in Rockport provide.. basic beach stuff, beach towels, cooking spices, etc.Overall this house is a mid 3.
