Ok for the price. Pool needed a chemical balance as it was cloudy. The master bed is uncomfortable. The pots and La s need an upgrade. There are no TVs in the 2 bedrooms. But it is pet friendly, clean and good value.

The house is big with lots of room for a family. Everything needed to cook is available in the kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and also four beach towels. Floats are available to use for the pool. A few boogie boards are in the garage. The Rockport Beach was so amazing for our grandkids. It was ten dollars for a day pass. Something to note if you have a very small dog is the holes in the metal part of the fence may not keep them contained. The yard does not have much grass and there are grass burr bushes scattered in the backyard, so wear shoes! But, it was nice to have a little space for our dog to stretch her legs. There is a little “hut” across the street that sells eggs and pastries from a local farm.

Pros : The house was very clean and had such a beautiful layout! We found the beds very comfortable and the bathroom sizes perfect. We loved being able to spend time together cooking in the large kitchen. The living space was comfortable and the laundry machines in the garage were nice. We liked that the house was tucked away and provided privacy. Quiet neighbors as well!Cons : Due to the time of the year the pool was very dirty and there were worms hanging from the ceiling all over in the pool area. The rental manager did answer quickly and sent someone over to clean the pool. He was gracious and explained the reasoning. Unfortunately, the pool became dirty hours later from the trees. The pool area appeared very dirty and previous renters did not take trash out of the pool area. The grills were dirty from previous renters and did not work the best. It was also hard to cook meals as there was not much for cookware. We had local friends bring pots and pans and we purchased a few things such as a can opener.
