About this house rental
Welcome to 3 Seas! This designer home is in the beautiful neighborhood of Prominence, noted for its fabulous community amenities. These include a fitness center, two community pools, (Northside 30A pool is heated during cooler months), and a great location next to incredible of shopping, dining, and entertainment at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
This spacious and beautiful home features a king suite on the 1st floor and an additional king suite on the top floor - a perfect setup if vacationing with grandparents. A king guest room and bunk room with sleeping for 4 in extra-long twin bunks round out the sleeping arrangements.
Enjoy how convenient it is to get to the beach at Deer Lake State Park, thanks to the 4 Taxi bikes supplied for your stay. Deer Lake was recently renovated to include lots of parking and updated restrooms. Bike or drive to the beach access in under 5 minutes (nominal daily entrance fees for the park do apply and are subject to change). Additional beach access is available to the East of the home at the Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access – only a 5-minute drive or bike ride from the home.

WE HAD LOTS OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT WE MADE AWESOME MEMORIES. THE HOUSE WAS SO CUTE. GREAT LOCATION IN THE HUB. THE HOUSE HAD BEAUTIFUL ROOMS. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!

My family meets annually to stay in the 30A area and we love the convenient location of this neighborhood to the pools, the Big Chill, and the beach (we take the golf cart and park across from the Seabreeze Public Beach Access). The house was beautiful and clean, the kitchen well-stocked, has really comfortable beds, lovely front porch with dining table and couch, and easy to use smart TVs. The only thing we wish we had known is that the bunk room only has a curtain door (not a fully enclosed room) which was problematic for our toddlers but we made do. We did have issues with the fridge leaking and the freezer didn't make ice (so we had to purchase our own) but the group did send a maintenance worker out on the last day of the trip to repair it. We overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this house again! Highly recommend!

3Seas is one of the best properties we have stayed at along 30A. The living space is beautifully decorated and very clean. The bedrooms were perfect for our family, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen amenities to cook meals. Our family enjoyed using the bikes on the bike trails and the golf cart to drive to Seacrest Beach and Deer Lake beach access points. The smaller community pool was quiet and very relaxing. We enjoyed our vacation and can't wait to return!
