This was my third time staying at a Saint Regis property. I think four stars rating is fair. It’s a good place to stay… not over the top luxury but a nice decent place. Nice communication with owners.

The amount of space is perfect for families and overall cleanliness was good. Just a lot of bumps and scrapes all over.Broken rod to the balcony , banged up doors and behind doors, stains on extra comforters in closet, etc

This property has many amenities, including restaurants, playground, pool and beach. The condo is well equipped with beautiful ocean views from the deck. The only downside was that there were no instructions on how to use the dishwasher, AC, TV, etc. That would be helpful to guests. Also, a list of local restaurants and attractions would have been an advantage. Thank God for Google.

Check in was a nightmare. Door combo would not work and we were locked out for an hour and a half before anyone assisted. Upon 2nd bath was taped off and was not fixed until friday. Living room furniture was uncomfortably and main bathroom was dated.
