canal. It is all surrounded by a high privacy wall. The pool is heated and surrounded by palms and other flowering
plants.
The location, is a step from town and a couple of blocks to the beach, make it the perfect place for a relaxing fun-filled vacation.

The location is great. Houses on the avenidas near Siesta Key Village are amazing for proximity to the beach, food, and shopping. The owner was hospitable and let us access the property a few hours early.
Unfortunately, the house, while it has a cute layout, is very, very tired.
There are loose floor tiles in every room creating pinching hazards. Bathrooms have leaky faucets, rusting shower curtain rods, and neglected caulking and grout that has created unaddressed water issues.
The yard is unkept and over grown and the pool area dirty, which is a shame because it could be very cute. Security gates accessing the yard are in disrepair, broken down planters, basketball hoop, exterior lighting, and old furniture litter the yard.
Overall, for us, the pictures over sell this place. We have stayed in lots of rentals over the years. We can deal with highly traffic places, but the neglect on this place left us feeling far less comfortable than we should have been given the price.
We expected better.
