We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect. The hosts manger was very communicative and went above and beyond helping personally helping us solve a technical issue with the TV! THE Masters was successful watched outside on the patio!

Our stay was amazing! The house was immaculate and well-stocked and the hosts response time was almost immediate in answering any questions I had. In addition, upon arrival we discovered the hosts thoughtfully had waiting for us a handwritten welcome card with beach life helpful tips, a gift certificate and beach necessities. I keep the card as a lovely memento. The house sits on a peaceful canal in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes walking distance to the free island trolley, beach and town. I can't say enough about how magical our stay was. I can't wait to return! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!Diana

Our stay at this Siesta Key home for Spring Break was absolutely perfect. It truly had everything we could possibly need and more, and it was the ideal setup for a family of four and our pet.You can tell the owners have thought of every detail. There were plenty of hangers and drawers to fully unpack, more than enough towels, and all the little things you don’t always think about like chip clips, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish and laundry detergent. We didn’t need to use any of the supplies we brought from home.The house is incredibly pet friendly, with a designated outdoor bathroom area and even a sweet welcome note for both us and our pup. The technology throughout the home is impressive. Every light is dimmable, the TVs are large smart TVs, and the living room TV is huge with surround sound. The screened in patio also has two smart TVs with surround sound, and the outdoor string lights create a cozy atmosphere at night.The pool is perfectly positioned and gets sun all day. They also provide pool floats, even one for your dog, along with bikes with locks, coolers, beach gear, extra sunscreen, bug spray, and aloe plants on the porch if you get sunburned.The location is fantastic, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the photos truly do not do this home justice. Matt, the property manager, was also incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
