This second row, reverse floor plan home is in the beautiful seaside community of Sandcastles. Just a short walk across the lawn is the public beach access at the end of Dolphin Street. Two floors of covered decks offer views of the ocean. This nicely landscaped home has plantings of palm trees and shrubbery amongst the lush grass and stone pathways.
On the first level, vacationers will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry quarters. On the second level, guests will find a great room with an oceanside deck and a fourth bedroom. This home boasts two bedroom suites with private ensuite bathrooms.
The modern kitchen has clean lines with bright white cabinets and beige quartz countertops. Well-appointed and ready for your family, the kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker and water, a smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and double toaster. The wide breakfast bar seats four on tall bar stools. Bright fish accents add splashes of color throughout the room. The dark sand tile floor extends from the kitchen into the dining area. We had 2 couples with 2 kids each stay here. I was worried about it feeling too small with 2 families like that, but it was plenty spacious, the beds and couches were all comfortable. The beach access is within view from the decks, so we had maybe a 1 min walk to the beach which was perfect. The storage shed had TONS of toys for kids, the boogie boards were mostly broken and an umbrella too, but the toys were nice to have. The property could use a hardwood sweeper rather than a big carpet one that has a conversion for hardwood. The sand was just a little hard to get picked up with this kind of sweeper. The large coffee pot also did not work, but there was a small one that did, so that’s what we used. Overall we were extremely pleased with the beach house.

We enjoyed the property for our family vacation it was a great location vwry close beach access the home was clean and pet friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We did love this home that has a great ocean view, perfect location for public beach access, and a lot of amenities that made our stay easier. We really enjoyed the 2 porches facing the ocean, and the amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals (though some of the utensils and plates needed a good wash before use). Beds were super comfortable, and the provided towels, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc were a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at Surf City.
