Renovated in February 2024 with new interior paint, lighting, new comforters and bed pillows. All New furniture in 2023.
This freshly renovated charmer is tucked away from the hustle & bustle, A Beach Inn Place is located on the oceanfront with direct beach access and two levels of coastal living at it's best! Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the open and spacious living room on the top floor. All four bedrooms are on the oceanfront, and each have access to a deck where you can sit back, relax and take it all in! You and your family will always cherish the memories of your vacation at this special home!
This home is furnished with linens, bathmats and towels for all rentals. We even supply 10 Beach Towels during peak season

You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, IGA grocery store, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color Internet TVs, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, well stocked kitchen, crab boil pot, Keurig, and coffee pot. washer/dryer, ceiling fans, gas enclosed outside hot/cold shower, 1-car garage for guest usage. Sorry but no vehicles will fit in the single car garage. 2 oceanfront sundecks with deck furniture.

We enjoyed our time here, and the layout is great for multiple families. My parents stayed in the bedroom upstairs, while my husband and I stayed with our kids in the three bedrooms downstairs.This is one of the cleaner beach properties I've stayed in, which can be hard to find! I also loved all the windows and natural light throughout.

This property was absolutely beautiful, the location was wonderful and communication with the owner was spot on!!! My family was here for graduation and they enjoyed this house SO much!!!! We will DEFINITELY be booking this house again. Thank you for the great communication also
