Located 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 miles from Universal Studios, this spacious five-bedroom townhome is great for families and groups looking for the perfect home away from home. Home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. Take advantage of the secluded screened lanai with a private outdoor pool and a propane grill to enjoy the Florida sun. Inside, this home features an open-concept living area that is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Get comfy on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite movies or series on the large smart TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a sparkling two-person center island. The entire main living space is on the first floor along with one private bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, high-speed WiFi, and central AC. Guests will have free access to the clubhouse where they'll find a gym, mini putt-putt golf, a pool, and a kids' play area. Although this home is pet-friendly all dogs must be 2 years of age or older.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We are in the sixties my wife and me and were looking for a place not too crowed and were surprisingly happy to find all we were looking for here. It's close to crowed areas if you like too but this area itself is very calm and quiet where you can feel like home. Great spot !

One of the best place we have been so far with the whole family. Very clean and spacious rooms for the whole family to enjoy. We were in the first floor bedroom with King bed and could barely hear the kids which had each there own large bedroom upstairs. Wish it would be like this at home...lol

Perfect location for theme parks, golf and place to relax. I liked to relax near the Club House pool which was not crowed like many other places we went before. The free putt putt golf near the pool was also very fun. Great place !

We are a family of 10 and all the kids loved this home. There is plenty of rooms (5 large bedrooms) and no wait for the bathrooms (5 toilets), all nice, clean, with fresh linens including bedding and towels in each bedroom just like in hotels (feels like same). The only difference with hotels is they didn't change the linens during our stay, only between each stay so you have to clean your own bath towels if you need to but we had plenty enough for our stay so did not need to do so. We used the washer and dryer to clean our clothes only and that was convenient. The pool is also very nice and can be also used as a Spa for a fee, which we did and enjoyed very much after long days in the theme parks. Everything was perfect and kitchen is very clean and recent. 5 stars for sure.
