This cozy home in "Nantucket-style" Olivia Beach will have you breathing in the salt air and relaxing in no time. Boasting enough space for everyone, this home is the perfect place for that coastal getaway. With two en suites, there is no need to draw straws for who gets the primary suite.
Relax in the glow of the gas fireplace in the downstairs living room, or enjoy some cable TV and board games in the upstairs game room. If you would like to truly enjoy the outdoors while on vacation, step across the street to enjoy the community park strip, which includes a sandlot volleyball court, playground equipment, room for a game of cornhole (the game set is included at the vacation rental), and a firepit where you can roast marshmallows.
When you have worked up an appetite, this home has a well-appointed kitchen to whip up your favorite meals. If you feel like dining out, Olivia Beach is moments away from a variety of great restaurants. Take the kids shopping at the outlet mall in the center of Lincoln City, or make a day of searching for glass floats at the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is steps away from the front porch, and another short walk will have you enjoying the soft sand between your toes. At the end of the day, you can slip into the private in-ground hot tub with friends while you enjoy the coastal breeze.
