This upscale residence was just as pictured! The views are beautiful, lots of natural light, big decks, nice neighborhood. The beds and bedding were an extra perk, very comfortable! Very clean. The guidebook inside the house was very helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. We’ll be back!

Enjoyed a quick trip to Seattle and selected this home because of the location and being pet friendly. Very much appreciated the little backyard for my dogs. The home has nice view of the water and it’s well appointed. Also, the property management company is excellent!! They were friendly, responsive and so helpful when we had an issue. The only reason I did not give 5-stars for cleanliness is that there are many throw rugs that need to be replaced and the back patio needs to be pressured washed, it’s a bit slippery.

This was a great stay for our family. We appreciated the clear instructions and great communication. Clean, quiet, beautiful corner lot home with a garage. It took a little while to warm the place up but overall we were grateful to have the things we needed to enjoy our time together in Seattle.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here. The view was spectacular! Everything was clean, the location was quiet, and we were able to walk everywhere. Our two little pups enjoyed the private backyard. We will definitely stay again the next time we come to Seattle.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The check in was quick and easy. The code that we were given did not initially work; we called the local contact and were immediately given the new code (it had been changed for security purposes). The home was very clean with the exception of some stains on the carpet in front of the laundry machines. The bedrooms were kind of dark but fully functional. The property does have a lot of stairs; going through the main door there is 1 set to get to the level of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry and there is another set up to the living area and kitchen (there is also an additional set of stairs if you go through the garage to get to the front door level). This is because of the topography of this area. It is very hilly and the residential streets are very narrow - we were so grateful for the driveway and garage because it would have been very difficult to park without them. We truly enjoyed the living/kitchen area. The views definitely included a view of the bay And the kitchen . . . . we have been renting vacation homes for over 30 years and have never been in a home where the kitchen had everything you would need in your home kitchen as this. We enjoyed staying in this area it had a nice feeling about it and was close to downtown, Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle area with its museums. It is also close to Ballard's ship locks - it is really a nice area too with great walking paths plus a chance to see the locks in action.

Beautiful home with great views in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the board games. Being able to park in the garage was a definitely a plus with rainy weather. Host/concierge was responsive & friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place was cozy and clean and just what I had hoped and needed for my long weekend getaway. The location was perfect and super close to 2 restaurants I wanted to try (How to Cook a Wolf - amazing, and Toulouse - also amazing!) and lots of shopping in Queen Anne. Also, easy to get around...I went to North Bend and Mt Rainier to hike and easy getting to both from this place. The neighborhood was quiet and you could see the Sound from the deck. Close enough to Pike Place and downtown shopping but not so close that you get the annoying traffic or crowds. The people of Seattle I found a little standoffish but that is not any slight on the property (and probably the same as any big city). If I go back to Seattle I will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for a great trip. As for the 3-stars on the "accuracy of listing" let me get this out of the way...there was a little miscommunication/mistake on the listing (i.e., that there were 4 bathrooms when there were only 2) but (1) that did not cause any logistical or enjoyment issues with the trip as I certainly did not need more than a bathroom or two, and (2) when I pointed this out to the property owner she was very responsive, rectified the issue (listing) almost immediately and was very reasonable in discussing the problem and making sure I went home happy. Thanks, RB.

Bring your shoes, you will need them on the dirty, pet stained carpet. And don’t trust the photos, or the description of the property, because neither are accurate. The photos of the bay view are Photoshopped, so what appears to be a very good view of the water is actually a view of telephone poles, and in the distance an industrial port where the cruise ships anchor, adjacent to a busy industrial train station that receives chemical tankers throughout the evening and earth morning hours. The ‘beautiful landscaped patio’ listed does not exist. When we arrived, there were knee-high weeds, and trash throughout. The fireplace, that you might expect to enjoy on a cool Seattle evening, did not work. When someone came to open the face of the gas fireplace so that we could manually turn it on (really?) the smell of burning dust was so bad we had to turn off. The entrance was dirty and stained, and it was clear that while this flat might’ve been cared for long ago, it was no longer well maintained. Think worn, college dorm Ikea. There are two positives to this property, the parking, and the shower. The master shower was renovated, and is lovely. We spent about $700 a night, including fees and taxes, for a barely acceptable space that was dirty, worn, and inaccurately described. I asked management to reduce the price, they refused, while admitting the view was photoshopped. We are going to escalate the fraud issue with VRBO.
