This lovely home is just a short drive into Cowes it is set on a huge block with ample parking and even room for watercraft.

9.5 kms to racetrack (7 mins drive)
1.3 kms to Red Rocks beach (walking distance)
0.5 kms to Phillip Island Golf Course (walking distance)
This single level home is nice and sunny inside with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. The lounge is comfortable with a flat screen smart TV, comfortable sofas, log fireplace, split system heating cooling unit in the room as well as a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped with a new gas oven, fridge, and microwave. All eating utensils, including salad bowls and platters perfect for a BBQ are supplied. Internet Wi-Fi connection is also supplied enabling good connectivity.
There are 3 bedrooms, one family bathroom, a laundry with a new washing machine, iron and ironing board and two internal toilets.
Out in the gazebo is a gas BBQ ready to go with an outdoor table, seating for 6 adults and is perfect for alfresco dining. The deck can be accessed from the lounge/kitchen area and third bedroom. The deck is the length of the house and leads out to the the outdoor setting and is covered so it is perfect for alfresco dining. The garden area is fully fenced in.
This is a great family holiday home with a calming beach theme, perfect for your race meeting, next family holiday or weekend away and the family pet can come too but must remain strictly outside (conditions apply).

Ray was a great host. Good communication. The place was perfect for our kids and dog. We enjoyed the nearby dog friendly beaches. Kids had a great time. Luke.

The house is well set up for guests and there’s a lovely garden surrounding the house. We kept comfortably warm on the colder nights with the air conditioning on very low. The shower is over the bath, but there’s plenty of room and lovely hot water on the cold mornings. Loved seeing all the wildlife around the streets, including water birds, echidnas, wallabies. Plenty of good eating places, shops, interesting beaches and walkways. 10 minutes to the MGP circuit. We enjoyed our stay here.
