Escape to this peaceful 3-bedroom holiday home in Cowes, Phillip Island, perfectly positioned near beautiful Red Rocks Beach. Set in a quiet location with glimpses of the sea and rural views, it’s an ideal base for families or couples looking to relax and explore everything Phillip Island has to offer.
The sunny open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features polished timber floors, a wood fire, split-system heating/cooling, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. The self-contained kitchen includes electric cooking, microwave, and plenty of platters for alfresco BBQs.
Step onto the rear deck and enjoy distant water views, a gas BBQ, and outdoor setting — perfect for summer evenings. The home includes three comfortable, carpeted bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a well-equipped laundry with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
The fully fenced backyard is great for kids, and there’s ample parking for cars or a boat. Pet-friendly (outside only, by application). Sleeps 6. Just a short drive to the Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Circuit, and Cowes town centre.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.

Very nice property with secure yard for children and our dogs. Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 of the 7 scheduled nights as Michelle had to go to hospital. (All ok). So we did not have full use of this excellent property.

The property had evrything we needed. It was perfect for our needs and in a very quiet area. Yard was great for the dog.

Clean property, comfy beds, homely with all the requirements we needed for our 2 night stay. The only slight downfall was the lack of supplies that were available for use which meant a trip into town to buy a lot of things we could have brought from home ie olive oil, salt and pepper, sponges and scourers, body wash etc. would have been nice if these things were made available for use for travellers. Bare basics were supplied only which I think should be looked at.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

This house is STUNNING!! The beds are comfy, the backyard is massive and perfect for kids to play and dogs to run around. They have an open fire that warms the house. The kitchen has everything you need including a frypan that dose not stick. I will definitely go back next school holidays.
