About this apartment rental
We offer a 30m2 apartment annexed to our house with private access.
2 rental cases can arise:
- If we are present, we will provide additional services (essential breakfast provided, delivery of groceries on arrival, pool and beach towels, beach games, washing machine...)
- If we are absent, these services will not be provided.
The configuration of the studio is made for a maximum of 3 people (4 only in special cases of very young children with use of the cot).
Travelers will be able to take full advantage of the garden, the swimming pool and the view of the Château Grimaldi of Cagnes-sur-Mer and the surroundings (Col de Vence, Baou de St Jeannet...) and the outdoor equipment (games) of the house. The environment is quiet and relaxing.
It is composed of:
- a large bed (160 x 200) with all the necessary storage to store your travel belongings
- a shower room equipped with a toilet, a sink and a shower
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, hob, sink, kitchen utensils, etc.)
- a dining area (4 seats)
- a small living room with sofa bed (90x200 which unfolded is a comfortable mattress of 180x200 placed on the floor)
- an outdoor area with table and 2 chairs
We provide all the baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, stroller, bouncer...
Outdoor and indoor parking will allow you to park your vehicle(s). Public transportation is very limited around us. For this reason, a means of transport is necessary.
