Garden to sit in and watch the sunset or sunrise. Large windows allows views of the ocean. Dining area, Fireplace and ample living room area. This is the lower level of a two story 4000 sq ft home in a quiet executive home in North Nanaimo. Wifi and cable included. Street parking. Stairs lead down so not set up for the safety of persons with mobility issues or small children.
