“Simply Southern” is the perfect stay in a newly renovated quaint 3-bedroom home; a great place to hang out and lay your head in a safe neighborhood, close to hometown restaurants and The USM campus.
You will be pleased with the freshness of our new & modernly furnished home, with a Game Room living area that will brighten your mood instantly when you walk in!!
Guests will have access to the full house except for the garage
If you need anything during your stay do not hesitate to reach out, we live within twenty minutes from the property.
This neighborhood is steps away from the USM campus and the Longleaf Trace
-7 minute walk to Pete Taylor Park(Baseball stadium)
-17 minute walk to M.M. Roberts Stadium(Football stadium)
-20 minute walk to the Softball Complex
Sidewalks, Uber, and Lyft are available
Simply Southern House Rules & Regulations:
-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay
-No more than 8 guests allowed without written/typed consent from the host
-We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.
-We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood…
Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay.
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. $500 fine.
-Do Not use Candles and burning of incense are not permitted due to fire hazard – Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only.
-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or recommendations)–Much appreciated!
-Accidents happen; if something breaks, simply take a photo and share it with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in the guests’ favor.

Very close to USM campus. Centrally located and close to everything Hattiesburg has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent-very timely responses to any questions we had!

We had a wonderful stay here! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We enjoyed the game table and back porch during our stay.The location was convenient, check in was easy and hosts were responsive to communication. Overall, a great experience, and we would stay here again. Highly recommend!
