This charming holiday home is ideally located near the golf course, the beach, and the quaint village of Nordby, with its cozy shops and restaurants. The property is divided into two connected sections, offering flexibility and privacy for families or groups. The first section features a bright, inviting kitchen that opens into the living area, complete with a welcoming fireplace and a bathroom. The second section includes a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a second bedroom with a bunk bed (two 70x180 cm beds), and a spacious, modern bathroom. The two sections are connected by a covered terrace approximately 2 meters wide, allowing easy access between them while providing a sheltered outdoor space. Outside, the house boasts a large terrace with multiple seating areas, perfect for enjoying the surrounding natural scenery and nearby lake views. The property offers a peaceful setting for relaxation, while still being close to local attractions, golf, and sandy beaches. The final cleaning is included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free stay. This holiday home provides a comfortable, well-equipped retreat for families or groups looking to enjoy the beauty and amenities of Nordby and the surrounding area. Please note: the property is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
