The house was clean upon arrival but had some issues that had to be dealt with. The manager responded to our concerns.

Excellent accommodations for our group of 10. The 4 kids had their own room which was great for the adults. The house has everything you could need and is very clean, but what set this home apart was the incredible view out the front window - it is what you come to Sedona for. The home is close to some of the best hikes in the area. Truly, if you’re coming out to hike and not shop then staying in the village of Oak Creek may be a better option than downtown Sedona which is congested and expensive. We will definitely rent again if/when we return.

Upon arrival, we parked in the garage and were greeted by SEVERAL cockroaches. When we went inside the house, we proceeded to find more cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms. I contacted the local host to see if she can address the issue. She replied the following morning and found someone to come spray to property. However, we still found cockroaches on the property after.
The house itself was as advertised but could use additional plates/cups. It is also conveniently located 30min from Sedona and is close to many hiking trails.
The highlight was the hot tub and the beautiful view of Sedona and starry night sky!
Encountering cockroaches ruined our entire stay.
