It's an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine, breathe in the fresh air, and have a great time with family and friends. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

This was a perfect little getaway. For me and my friends to relax and just hang out in a mutual spot. Everything in the home was very nice and clean. Definitely would recommend!

The host was great—responsive, flexible, friendly. The bones of the house are good, although the common area furniture was stained and old and the kitchen could use a few more items (frying pan, bigger coffee maker, etc). The area was not very safe, definitely would not walk outside alone at night. The main problem was the cleanliness. Our feet were black within a few hours. My husband ended up cleaning the floors himself. We are not sticklers for cleanliness either—we have young kids and a big dog. But there was visible dirty on the window sills, cobwebs, dirty floors, some dishes not fully washed…we dealt with it, and overall had a good stay. But I hope the host hires someone new for the flips.
